NOAA Fisheries and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission have announced the opening of the 2024 Red Snapper season for federally permitted Charter For-Hire vessels in the Gulf of Mexico effective June 1 through day-end August 28, 2024, totaling 88 days. A two fish daily bag limit per person remains in effect. The currentminimum size limit is 16″ total length.
