To Make a Reservation
Making a reservation is easy. Call Captain Don at (850) 376-8399 or email us at email@example.com to check availability for the days you wish to go fishing. Booking our boats is a first come, first serve proposition. Certain times of the year are busier than others so we recommend that you book early to ensure availability for when you want to go.
We require a deposit of 50% of the total charter fare to reserve the day you want to go fishing. We accept both checks and credit cards to secure your charter reservation. Please note, if you choose to pay for your actual charter trip by credit card, we will add 4% convenience fee onto the total charter cost.
Your deposit will be applied as a “down payment” for your charter trip. The remaining balance due can be paid the day of your charter trip.

The SURE LURE is centrally located on the Destin Harbor amidst the world-acclaimed Destin Fishing Fleet Marina — behind Brotula’s Restaurant (formerly, “The Fisherman’s Wharf”) at 210 Highway 98 East (a.k.a. 210 Harbor Blvd) in Destin, Florida — ½ mile east of the Destin bridge.
As a point of reference, you will see a Waffle House on the north side of the road, and a sign for the Destin Fishing Fleet and Brotula’s to the south of the road.
Turn into the parking lot of Brotula’s Restaurant and then proceed down the hill to the Destin Fishing Fleet Marina docks (on the Destin Harbor). Park anywhere you like. Parking is free. There will be two long docks (heading north & south) with lots of boats directly behind Brotula’s, as well as some booking booths. The Charter Boat SURE LURE is located on the east dock of the Destin Fishing Fleet, Slip #14 (four boats in to the right).
If you are unsure as to where to go once you park, ask a “local” or call Captain Don at (850) 376-8399 and he will be glad to meet and greet you.
If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, we will refund your deposit in full if you notify us more than 14 days in advance of your reserved charter. If you cancel within the 14-day timeframe, you will forfeit your deposit.
Bad Weather Policy
If the Captain determines it necessary to cancel a scheduled charter due to inclement weather, we will refund your deposit in full or, if you prefer, work to reschedule your charter for a different time or day.
